Robots are being considered as a threat to the human race. Some believers think that once robots are developed to their full potential, they can overthrow the human race and rule over the world. Although, there are lots of skeptics who don't believe that junk. Their argument? How can a machine possibly rule over its creator, the human mind? You may think that its entirely impossible, right? WRONG! Robots have ruled the world. The Resistance's world to be exact.

Since the beginning of its fourth and final high school year, The Resistance (section IV - Boyle of Pasig City Science High School) has been focusing on a robot named Vitrubot. He is our ticket to compete for the upcoming Tagisang Robotics competition. Engineering, programming, machinery, and a LOT of that cha-ching are what we need to construct Vitrubot, but mostly the cha-ching

The name "The Resistance" often gets a negative image, being connected to rebellion and all. But why did we choose it? People often forget that resistance does not necessarily mean anything negative. With resistance comes cooperation, and cooperation is what we need for this competition. With cooperation we can resist any problem that comes our way. So with toolboxes in our hands and determination in our minds, we are ready to face anything we come up against on the upcoming competition.  Our quest for the gold begins now!

Often we enact the impossible.
Reach for what is unreachable.
Strive for the most difficult
And dream for what is unattainable.
We are a union of the most determined,
A colony of the persevering,
An army of the dedicated.
We resist, not to what is standard,
but to what we believe is right.
We resist, not to be the bane,
but to be the window of reality.
We unite, to reach one goal,
We unite to be the reality itself.
We are The Resistance,
We are connected,
We are one.
